Welcome to the exclusive Saigon Home Cooking & Dinner program. This program is designed for those who love cooking, and experiencing “like no other” the authenticity of local Vietnamese cuisines and custom home cooking class.
In the afternoon, you will be picked up at the hotel lobby at 17:30 for 30 minute transfer to the local friendly neighborhood in Binh Thanh district. Upon arrival, be met and greeted by Ms. Ngoc “The Chef” then walk through a little zig-zag alleyways to her house where her family is living for 3 generations. First, start with her background introduction to make her a great Chef then get your hands on “Starter” of the night. Your dinner is served with 6 courses creatively curated by Ms. Ngoc with the blending of flavour from South to Central and North of Vietnam. Ending the night with home-made desert and a photo cook book to bring home for your future cooking.
Walk back to your private vehicle, transfer back to you hotel. End of the program.
