On this amazing, adventurous and delicious street eats unlimited tour, you will first start with “Banh Xeo”, translated as “Sizzling Pancake”, just because the sound when the Chef frying the cakes. There are plenty of choices of Banh Xeo as: Seafood, Vegetarian or mix of both. The lady who runs this business has a home grown vegetable garden in the countryside area of Mekong Delta region, so in every bite of these vegetables, you can feel the fresh on the tongue-tip.
Next, drive through the famous flower street Ho Thi Ky, stop by a renown “Banh Mi” run by a family of lesbians (it’s how locals call this Lesbian Banh Mi). Continue to the nearby “Fruit Bowl” or Vietnamese calling this summer food “Trai Cay To” for refreshing after a few “must try” dishes of Vietnameses.
Explore the China Town then stop by a famous dessert heaven to experience some sweet soup called “Che” run by a Chinese family since 1960s. Photo stop at Binh Tay market, considerably the biggest wholesale market of Saigon where goods are all made in Vietnam and partly from China. The market built since 1928 by a Chinese man called Quach Dam.
Continue to district 4, also known as Seafood town.
