Itinerary

Depart your cruise ship on a private air-conditioned vehicle. Then start with a pedicab ride passing historical sites of Saigon to the local wet market. Meet your local Chef, start the market learning journey of different types: ingredients, spices, vegetables, meat, eggs…to prepare for the authentic Vietnamese cooking class. Prepare a full basic Vietnamese set lunch with 4 courses or advanced level with 6 courses, available at your registration for this activity. Enjoy your cooking, listen to Chef’s instruction and watch the demonstration before challenging yourself to be a master chef. A sit down lunch will be served with Q&A parts with your lovely host before heading back on pedicab to your hotel.
